Entertainment company Letopia Salon is on the hunt for the final member of a boy group set to debut in 2027.
On the 16th, Letopia Salon unveiled the 2026 Letopia Salon Global Audition poster and a short audition guide film via their official social media channels. The short film provides detailed qualifications and guidelines for audition participants.
According to Letopia Salon, the auditions will take place from April to June across 18 cities worldwide, including Sendai, Okinawa, Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo, Chiba, Fukuoka in Japan; Jakarta and Bandung in Indonesia; Bangkok and Chiang Mai in Thailand; Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane in Australia; Los Angeles, Orange County, and Honolulu in the United States; and Toronto in Canada.
The goal of this audition is to select members for their first boy group debuting next year and to discover hidden talents for a future girl group. Letopia Salon stated that anyone born between 2008 and 2014, regardless of gender or nationality, is eligible to apply.
Letopia Salon was founded by key figures from HYBE, including CEO Bang Woo-jung, CCO Kim Soo-rin, and COO Park Joon-soo, who were instrumental in the global success of BTS. They are currently preparing to launch their first project, a boy group.
