Former soccer player Ahn Jung-hwan has shared updates on his entrepreneurial ventures and part-time job efforts.
On the 15th, Ahn's YouTube channel 'Ahn Jung-hwan 19' released a video titled 'Not Much Time Left. Achieving a Cumulative Donation of 436 Million Won!' In the video, Ahn sat in front of the camera to discuss the progress of his donation project. He stated, "It took a long time, but I've been running towards the goal," and revealed that he donated 100 million won to help those struggling with financial difficulties or medical expenses.
Ahn emphasized that this donation was not achieved by his efforts alone, expressing gratitude to fans and corporate sponsors. He mentioned, "Through live super chat donations, 36 people contributed 315,000 won," and added, "I am sincerely thankful to the 157 membership subscribers."
He also extended his gratitude to various corporate sponsors, saying, "Many companies have helped make this donation possible. I am thankful to everyone who joined us despite difficult circumstances."
Ahn announced that the cumulative donation amount has reached 436 million won. He stressed, "I'm not trying to boast, but I believe this warmth was created together with you," and added, "It's all possible because of you."
However, the target amount of 500 million won has not yet been reached. Ahn expressed his determination, saying, "There are realistic challenges like production and labor costs, but I will keep striving to reach 500 million won."
He explained that he is trying various methods to achieve the donation goal. Ahn stated, "I plan to continue the donation project in collaboration with R Pizza," and revealed, "I will personally work part-time at the store."
He encouraged participation by saying, "If you visit and enjoy pizza, it will help the donation. With the World Cup season approaching, I hope it becomes a space where you can enjoy sports with a beer."
Ahn concluded by repeatedly thanking his fans. He said, "I may not be able to change the world completely, but I will strive to shine even a small light," and vowed to continue until the 500 million won goal is reached.
Meanwhile, Ahn is in the process of opening a pizza shop for donation purposes. When some netizens urged him not to engage in business, he clarified, "It's a startup content aimed at donating part of the profits to those in need."
