Virtual Idol Group PLAVE Celebrates 3rd Anniversary with Special Live Viewing Event

Virtual idol group PLAVE marked their 3rd anniversary with a special live viewing event.

On the 12th, PLAVE successfully held their 3rd anniversary special live event at 41 CGV locations nationwide. The fan meeting-themed event lasted approximately 120 minutes and featured a variety of performances and segments, creating a memorable experience for fans.

The live event kicked off with the 'Pixel world' stage. After performing at the same location as their debut song 'I'll Wait' music video, the members greeted their fans. They then addressed fans worldwide in multiple languages, including English, Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish, as they began the live show.

During the Q&A segment, questions about their upcoming comeback were raised. The members surprised fans by singing a snippet of a pre-released song a cappella, eliciting an enthusiastic response. They also showcased a part change for 'Watch Me Woo!', elevating the atmosphere.

Following the first segment, the members moved to the special stage of Asterum to perform 'Balsam'. Hamin explained, "I chose this song because it feels like the warm scent of spring is already in the air," conveying the seasonal vibe of the performance.

The second segment, 'Angel vs. Devil Balance Game', continued. This segment tested how well the members knew each other, with the remaining members guessing each member's choices. The candid answers and humorous chemistry among the members brought laughter to the fans. After the segment, contrasting performances of 'WAY 4 LUV' angel version and 'Dash' devil version were presented, showcasing their dual charms.

In the final segment, 'Alien's Gift', the stage for 'Alien Language Song DEMO', which is only included in the physical CD of their first mini-album 'ASTERUM: The Shape of Things to Come', was revealed. They also shared the song's creation process and behind-the-scenes stories, adding, "We prepared this as a surprise gift to commemorate our 3rd anniversary, thinking of our fans who have loved us unchangingly for a long time."

PLAVE expressed their gratitude to fans in their closing remarks. Noah said, "Today's live was so enjoyable and happy," while Yejun added, "I think we could celebrate our 3rd anniversary because of our fans." After the ending song 'Our Movie', they concluded the 3rd anniversary live with an encore performance of their debut song 'I'll Wait'.

After the live event, a surprise announcement of their comeback date was made, along with scenes from the music video of 'Dash', the title track of their third mini-album released in 2025. PLAVE is set to make their comeback on April 13th, heightening anticipation for their future activities.
