K-Pop Star Soyeon Collaborates with Odetari on New Track 'DON'T DIE'

Soyeon of the K-pop group (G)I-DLE has teamed up with American rapper Odetari for his latest single, 'DON'T DIE'.

The track, featuring Soyeon's distinctive rap vocals, along with its music video, was released on November 11 through Odetari's official YouTube channel and other platforms.

In the music video, Soyeon showcases her acting skills with a range of facial expressions and intense gazes, complementing her vocal performance.

Odetari, known for his unique music style 'Odecore', has previously made his mark on the US Billboard charts. His music primarily features EDM-based hip-hop tracks, and 'DON'T DIE' is no exception with its strong electronic sound.

Soyeon, who leads the production for (G)I-DLE, has also pursued solo projects, including her mini-album 'Windy' with the title track 'BEAM BEAM'. Recently, she composed (G)I-DLE's digital single 'Mono (Feat. skaiwater)' under her alias 'icebluerabbit'. Her collaborations extend to featuring on producer R. Tee's track 'Damdadi' last year.

Meanwhile, (G)I-DLE recently concluded their '2026 i-dle WORLD TOUR 'Syncopation'' in Seoul and performed in Taiwan on November 7. They are set to appear on NBC's 'TODAY Show' and will perform on 'The Kelly Clarkson Show' on November 13 (local time).
