'I Am Solo' Season 22 star Young-ja is preparing for childbirth.
Recently, Young-ja shared a glimpse of her prenatal exercise routine on her social media account. Heavily pregnant, she is practicing positions at her own center to prepare for meeting her baby.
Previously, she shared, "This is Jo So-young ❤️ Kim Jae-hyung, who appeared as Young-ja and Kwang-soo in Season 22. Our couple started preparing for pregnancy by taking folic acid and exercising since February, and after our trip to Hawaii in May, we received wonderful news. We are expecting a baby. There was a time when I thought this life was about hoping for a child and helping others give birth healthily... I thought I would never have my own child in this life, but now I have a husband and a baby on the way. I'm really glad I participated in 'I Am Solo.'"
