The drama is a medical isolation romantic comedy set on the notorious island of 'Pyeongdongdo', where public health doctor Do Ji-e (played by Lee Jae-wook) and nurse Yook Ha-ri, who harbors a secret, unfold their story. Shin Ye-eun takes on the role of Yook Ha-ri, a character known for her passionate dedication to her work, genuine care for patients, and kind-hearted nature.
