K-pop group LE SSERAFIM has added another accolade to their achievements with a new streaming certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ).
According to the RIAJ's announcement on the 27th, LE SSERAFIM's first English digital single, 'Perfect Night,' surpassed 200 million cumulative streams as of January, earning the 'Double Platinum' certification in the streaming category. This marks the group's second 'Double Platinum' achievement, following the success of their mini-album's title track 'ANTIFRAGILE.'
The RIAJ awards certification marks based on cumulative streams, categorizing them into Gold (50 million streams), Platinum (100 million streams), and Diamond (500 million streams) levels.
'Perfect Night' is a song that conveys the message that even an imperfect day can be enjoyable with the right company. The lyrics, co-written by member Huh Yunjin, emphasize that nothing else matters as long as they are together. Released in 2023, the track has shown long-term success, ranking high on Circle Chart's 2025 annual 'Global K-pop Chart,' 'Digital Chart,' and 'Streaming Chart.'
Currently, LE SSERAFIM holds a total of five songs with over 100 million streams in the RIAJ streaming category. Both 'ANTIFRAGILE' and 'Perfect Night' have reached 200 million streams, while 'FEARLESS,' 'UNFORGIVEN (feat. Nile Rodgers),' and 'Eve, Psyche & The Bluebeard's Wife' have each surpassed 100 million streams, earning 'Platinum' certifications.
