Seo Jang-hoon delivers a stern message to a 'tearful couple' on 'Divorce Consideration Camp'.
On the 27th, the 'JTBC Life' channel released a video titled "A Husband Who Prioritizes In-laws Over 4 Daughters? Wife Breaks Down 5 Minutes Into Household Investigation".
The video, edited from the JTBC 'Divorce Consideration Camp' episode aired on the 26th, features an in-depth household investigation of the 'tearful couple'.
The wife, who is raising four daughters, left for work in the morning, leaving her husband and children behind. She shared, "I had my first child at 25, the second at 26, the third at 27, and the fourth at 31," admitting that the pregnancies were unplanned.
Seo Jang-hoon commented, "You must have a good relationship," but within five minutes of the investigation, the wife was in tears. She revealed that she handles all the morning preparations and childcare alone, saying, "My husband doesn't help. If he got up and helped, it would be done quickly," as she continued to cry.
The video showed the husband still in bed during the morning chaos, prompting Seo Jang-hoon to remark, "With so many kids, isn't it normal to want to help your wife? Instead, he pretends to sleep, hiding under the covers."
When Jin Tae-hyun asked, "Are you deliberately not getting up?" the husband admitted, "Yes, I am."
The husband was also seen ordering their four-year-old daughter to "bring the remote." Seo Jang-hoon warned, "When all four kids grow up, they might not want to see their father," expressing anger at the wife having to handle all childcare alone.
The wife, who has been managing childcare alone for 10 years, shared, "I agreed with my husband to give a 100,000 won gift to my family, but he bought a 700,000 won washing machine for his family," expressing her frustration.
She also disclosed her job and income, saying, "I work as a pet groomer, earning between 2.7 to 3 million won a month." With four children, education costs are high, and she revealed, "I'm doing two additional part-time jobs," surprising many.
