On her YouTube channel 'Kim Sook TV,' a video titled 'Rami Ran X Jang Hye Jin X Kim Sook's Turkish Feast? Elizabeth's Friendship Trip Part 2' was uploaded.
The video features Kim Sook, Rami Ran, and Jang Hye Jin visiting a carpet store in Turkey, experiencing the unique culture and traditional art of the region.
Kim Sook entered the store with high expectations, having heard of its reputation among locals. She was continuously amazed by the array of carpets adorned with vibrant colors and intricate patterns. While admiring the beautiful products that sparked her desire to own them, she was shocked to learn that a silk carpet she fancied was priced at approximately 3 million won.
The world of carpets proved to be a continuous wonder. Kim Sook was left speechless upon hearing that a small carpet, the size of a palm, was valued at around 15 million won. An advisor at the scene shared the secret that the true value of a carpet is determined by the finish on the back, and Kim Sook expressed interest in the fact that a neat back is a measure of quality.
However, she was confused by the pricing system when she encountered a much larger carpet being sold for 900,000 won due to differences in material.
Rami Ran, who accompanied her, clarified the value differences based on the characteristics of wool and silk, as well as the distinction between handmade and machine-made products, aiding Kim Sook's understanding. Despite the unexpectedly high prices, Kim Sook decided not to purchase, swallowing her disappointment. However, the trio enjoyed the trip by taking playful photos at the store's photo zone.
Kim Sook showcased her comedic talent by striking a humorous pose as if stealing a carpet, turning the scene into a laughter-filled moment, which, combined with captions, brought great amusement to viewers.
Previously, Kim Sook had hinted at her financial status by commenting on rumors about Song Eun Yi's 10 billion won fortune, saying, "She hasn't saved as much as you think, and I've saved a lot," sparking interest.
