K-Pop Star G.NA Hints at New Music Project on Instagram
G.NA, a solo artist who was active in South Korea from 2010 for about six years, has shared an update on her current activities.

On the 26th, G.NA posted a photo on her Instagram story with the caption "still a work in progress." The image shows her sitting in what appears to be a studio, wearing a headset. Notably, a laptop in front of her is running a program typically used for recording music, drawing attention from fans. In a subsequent post, she added the phrase "One track at a time," which she later deleted.

G.NA has sporadically updated her social media with her whereabouts in 2017, 2021, and 2023. Last year, she shared a lengthy post expressing her feelings after nearly eight years of silence.

G.NA debuted in 2010 with the digital single "Things I Want to Do When I Have a Lover" and gained popularity with hits like "I'll Back Off So You Can Live Better," "Black & White," and "Top Girl." However, in 2016, she was involved in a prostitution scandal, received a fine, and abruptly moved to the United States, disappearing from the public eye.

At the time, G.NA was convicted of prostitution after meeting someone at a friend's suggestion. She later commented, "I acknowledge the law's decision, but it's hard to accept that my actions constitute prostitution."
