Actor No Min-woo (39) recently shared a memorable audition experience for the 2010 drama 'Pasta' during his appearance on the 954th episode of MBC's variety show 'Radio Star,' which aired on the 25th.

When asked about a character he landed due to a personality controversy, No Min-woo recalled, 'I kept getting rejected at auditions. One day, I saw a new notice for the 'Pasta' audition. I felt I would be rejected again, so I stayed up late drinking and overslept the next day. I went to the audition looking quite disheveled.'

No Min-woo continued, 'As soon as the director saw me, he commented, 'Your face is a bit big.' I replied, 'Sorry, but your face is big too.' The director then asked, 'Who do you think you are?' I answered, 'I'm someone who will become a future rock star and an actor like Johnny Depp, so you're making a mistake now.'

Despite his boldness, he stumbled over his lines during the audition. No Min-woo shared, 'The director said, 'I like you, but what should I do?' He asked me to come back the next day, and they added a new role for me.' He added, 'During filming, I was told to just stand there as I was,' which brought laughter.

No Min-woo also expressed confidence in his appearance, saying he was called 'prince' since childhood. 'I used to think I was a real prince,' he said. Regarding his appearance complex, he mentioned, 'Even during tough times, I didn't realize how hard it was. Once, I was so overwhelmed that I cried, but when I looked in the mirror, I thought I was too beautiful,' showcasing his self-love.
