Kim Tae-ri Embarks on a New Journey as a Drama Teacher in 'After School: Tae-ri's Class'
Kim Tae-ri's class has begun.

On the 22nd, the first episode of the tvN variety show 'After School: Tae-ri's Class' aired, showcasing Kim Tae-ri's journey as she took on her first after-school drama class.

Kim Tae-ri visited an elementary school located in a small village in Mungyeong. With the daunting task of forming a drama club with seven students out of the school's total enrollment of 18, she entered the gymnasium, the designated classroom, and expressed a mix of excitement and nervousness as she explored the space.

Despite the unfamiliar and awkward setting, Kim Tae-ri prepared a solo performance as an introduction and a taste of drama for her first meeting with the children. Although she shed tears under the weight of pressure and anxiety, her determination and strong sense of responsibility soon shone through.

During the class, Kim Tae-ri engaged with the students through a series of activities, including solo performances, drama games, setting rules, and writing in a question notebook, communicating with genuine sincerity. However, even after the class concluded successfully, she sat in deep thought, causing concern.

The atmosphere shifted when Choi Hyun-wook, born in 2002 and 12 years younger than Kim Tae-ri, joined the class. The two displayed a sibling-like chemistry, and Kim Tae-ri, torn between her desire for a polished outcome and her wish to enjoy time with the children, spent meaningful time discussing her concerns late into the night.

On the second day of the drama club, with the assistance of assistant teacher Choi Hyun-wook, the class continued. From chanting slogans to warm-up dances and introducing the play 'The Wizard of Oz,' the first period seemed to proceed smoothly. However, the preview for the next episode hinted at conflicts between the two, adding tension.

Embracing the anticipation and anxiety that come with 'firsts,' Kim Tae-ri embarks on this challenge. Though inexperienced, she is giving her all at every moment. The audience is already keen to see what growth stories she will create with the children and the assistant teacher.
