Jin Se-yeon and Park Ki-woong finally unveiled their true identities and shared a heartfelt reunion.

In the 7th episode of KBS2's weekend drama 'Prescription for Love,' aired on the 21st, Gong Joo-ah (played by Jin Se-yeon) and Yang Hyun-bin (played by Park Ki-woong) shared a touching reunion, reminiscing about their childhood memories. The episode also depicted the tense narrative of the Gong and Yang families chasing after runaway family members. The episode garnered a viewership rating of 16.4%.

In this episode, Na Sun-hae (played by Kim Mi-sook) discovered the shocking truth that Lee Hee-kyung (played by Kim Bo-jung), the wife of Gong Dae-han (played by Choi Dae-chul), had an affair and ran away. Despite the tragedy of her son's suffering mirroring her past wounds from her husband's departure, Na Sun-hae comforted her son who must have been hurting alone.

The Yang family faced similar troubles. Yang Dong-sook (played by Jo Mi-ryung) found herself in a desperate situation, having to compensate for the stolen goods her husband Min Yong-gil (played by Kwon Hae-sung) ran away with. Gong Dae-han and Yang Dong-sook, sharing similar predicaments, empathized with each other's pain and promised to keep their family's secrets, forming a peculiar bond.

During a workshop with the design team, Gong Joo-ah and Yang Hyun-bin created a romantic atmosphere by drawing portraits of each other. The handkerchief Gong Joo-ah presented during the first creation presentation became a link to their past memories. It was a farewell gift she gave to Yang Hyun-bin when he left for studies abroad as a child. Gong Joo-ah confessed her true feelings towards Yang Hyun-bin, who realized she had recognized his identity, leading to a whirlwind of emotions.

Meanwhile, the comedic rivalry between Gong Jung-han (played by Kim Seung-soo) and Yang Dong-ik (played by Kim Hyung-mook) shone brightly. Yang Dong-ik, worried that a CCTV video of him kneeling might hinder his city council candidacy, stole Gong Jung-han's phone, leading to a chase through the market alleys. However, Gong Jung-han's calm declaration that the video was permanently stored in the cloud left Yang Dong-ik in despair.

Yang Dong-ik discovered a prescription bag given to Yang Seon-chul (played by Joo Jin-mo) by Na Sun-hae the day before the merchants' association election. Furious at the betrayal of his father choosing Gong Jung-han over him, Yang Dong-ik's outburst hinted at the impending conflict between the father and son.

Around this time, Gong Joo-ah and Yang Hyun-bin reunited at the playground where they last met as children. Upon confirming each other's identities, Gong Joo-ah warmly praised Yang Hyun-bin, saying, "You've lived well." The two shared stories they had kept hidden, completing a poignant reunion.

Towards the end of the episode, the drama took another shocking turn. Na Sun-hae, Gong Jung-han's wife Han Sung-mi (played by Yoo Ho-jung), and Gong Woo-jae (played by Kim Sun-bin) witnessed the affair between Lee Hee-kyung and Min Yong-gil firsthand. The Gong family was left frozen by the unexpected betrayal, while the Yang family, unaware of the situation, approached, setting the stage for a tense cliffhanger ending.
