In the 10th episode, which aired on the 21st, Eun-ho (played by Kim Hye-yoon) receives a mystical dagger from Pa-gun (played by Joo Jin-mo). To restore her altered fate, she must stab her loved one with it. Despite her efforts to find a way to save both herself and Kang Si-yeol (played by Lomon), Eun-ho is left in tears as she foresees an inevitable tragic future. The episode achieved a peak viewership rating of 4.7% nationwide and 3.2% in the 2049 demographic, according to Nielsen Korea.
Eun-ho and Kang Si-yeol rush to the hospital upon hearing news about Hyun Woo-seok (played by Jang Dong-joo). There, Pa-gun awaits Eun-ho, warning her that meddling with human fate is not a trivial matter and that Kang Si-yeol is destined to die. Eun-ho, unwilling to accept either Kang Si-yeol witnessing Hyun Woo-seok's death or reverting to her original fate, receives the dagger she once crafted for Geum-ho (played by Lee Si-woo).
Holding the dagger, Eun-ho is burdened by its power to correct twisted destinies. She knows its potential but cannot bring herself to harm Kang Si-yeol. Without action, Kang Si-yeol would witness Hyun Woo-seok's death, and Eun-ho would remain human forever. Determined to find another way, Eun-ho promises to restore everything while looking at the unaware Kang Si-yeol.
Meanwhile, Hyun Woo-seok, diagnosed with terminal heart cancer, feels resentment over his swapped fate with Kang Si-yeol. With time running out, he contacts Kang Si-yeol, urging him to reverse their destinies without revealing the truth. Witnessing this, Eun-ho, filled with anger, confronts Hyun Woo-seok and proposes a mysterious deal.
Eun-ho, feeling the urgency, decides to rectify her past misdeeds after confirming Pal Mi-ho's (played by Lee Si-woo) powers have been restored. She learns that her former coworker, Go Hye-rim (played by Shin Yu-rim), is the daughter of a driver killed by Lee Yoon's (played by Choi Seung-yoon) assault. Moved by Go Hye-rim's story, Eun-ho provides a scholarship through Pal Mi-ho.
Towards the episode's end, suspicious activities by Jang Do-chul (played by Kim Tae-woo) and Lee Yoon are revealed. Kang Si-yeol asks Hong Yeon-soo (played by Hong Soo-hyun) to find a new sponsor for his team, while Lee Yoon, eyeing the position, sponsors the Daehung Citizen Club, raising curiosity about his intentions. Jang Do-chul, with a different agenda, targets Pal Mi-ho, who collapses under his spell, heightening the tension.
With only two episodes left, viewers are eager to see how Eun-ho will confront her unavoidable fate and what future Kang Si-yeol's reappearance in her dreams signifies.
