On the 20th, an online press conference was held for tvN's new variety show 'After School: Tae-ri's Class'. The event was attended by directors Park Ji-ye and Hwang Seul-woo, along with cast members Kim Tae-ri, Choi Hyun-wook, Kangnam, and Code Kunst, who shared insights about the program.
'After School: Tae-ri's Class' is a reality show that captures the unique after-school theater class set in a small village elementary school. Kim Tae-ri takes on the role of the theater class teacher, with Choi Hyun-wook and Kangnam joining as assistant teachers. Code Kunst contributes as the music director for the theater stage.
He continued, "Usually, he's really cute, but in that moment, he was so serious that no one could say anything. It seemed like he was planning to start an apple farm. It felt like the future of Korean apples depended on him," he joked, raising anticipation for the broadcast.
Choi Hyun-wook added, "There's a song we sing in the play, and the lyrics were spontaneously changed by the kids' ideas. Among them was a student named Do-yeon, who is the older brother of the 'apple expert' I mentioned earlier. His impromptu ideas were astonishingly impressive. It made me want to learn from him as an actor. Those scenes left a lasting impression."
'After School: Tae-ri's Class' premieres on tvN at 7:40 PM on the 22nd.
