During the episode, Nam Bo-ra, who is expecting her child in June, visited the obstetrician with her mother. They were there to hear the results of a crucial examination to ensure the baby, affectionately called 'Kongali', was growing well. With a mix of nerves and anticipation, Nam Bo-ra was relieved to hear that her baby was healthy. The ultrasound revealed the growing baby and the sound of its heartbeat.

The emotional moment was shared not only by Nam Bo-ra but also by her mother, who had visited the obstetrician countless times herself while raising 13 children.
