During the episode, Nam Bo-ra, who is expecting her child in June, visited the obstetrician with her mother. They were there to hear the results of a crucial examination to ensure the baby, affectionately called 'Kongali', was growing well. With a mix of nerves and anticipation, Nam Bo-ra was relieved to hear that her baby was healthy. The ultrasound revealed the growing baby and the sound of its heartbeat.
The emotional moment was shared not only by Nam Bo-ra but also by her mother, who had visited the obstetrician countless times herself while raising 13 children. Touched by her daughter's journey, Nam Bo-ra's mother prepared a special meal featuring wild pine mushrooms to support her daughter and her first grandchild. She also shared the secret recipe that had sustained her large family, capturing the audience's attention.
The conversation between Nam Bo-ra and her mother continued, touching on the topic of childbirth. Nam Bo-ra's mother revealed that she had given birth to all 13 children naturally, a feat that moved Nam Bo-ra to tears. Her mother expressed, "You are all children I exchanged my life for." Understanding her mother's sacrifices, Nam Bo-ra showed her appreciation by savoring her mother's cooking.
Later, Nam Bo-ra shared a heartfelt handwritten letter to her mother. In the letter, she expressed, "Being pregnant makes me think of you more," and reflected on her mother's strength in raising 13 children. She regretted her past anger when her youngest sibling was born and shed tears of remorse. Her mother's tears mirrored her own as they shared this emotional moment.
Nam Bo-ra also revealed the Presidential Commendation she received for her consistent volunteer work since her debut. She met her husband through these volunteer activities, which were inspired by her mother's example. The mother-daughter duo's shared joy in giving back was heartwarming.
Special MC Kim Yong-bin, known as the 'Prince of Trot', was deeply engaged with the VCR, offering a variety of reactions. He humorously remarked that Nam Bo-ra's life made him want to marry and jokingly suggested having four children.
