During her visit to the Getty Villa in LA, she shared, "I used to not enjoy visiting museums and galleries. I thought, 'Why look at something someone else painted when I can't even buy it? It's a waste of time.' But as I've aged, I've come to enjoy contemplating the artist's intentions and thoughts, and appreciating the tranquility of the space."

She added, "The more places I visit, the more I realize how vast the world is, and the more I learn, the more I understand how little I know, how many places I have yet to visit, and how much there is to learn."

After her tour, Oh Yeon-soo mentioned, "I'm heading home to cook dinner," which caught attention. While hiking with a friend, she expressed satisfaction, saying, "When my kids were in school, I didn't have much free time, but now I can enjoy leisurely outings."

Reflecting on her two sons, Oh Yeon-soo said, "My firstborn is reliable and trustworthy, while my second is still adorable and has always been close to me. I used to think, 'How long do I have to put him to bed? Why isn't he growing up?' But looking back, every day was precious, lovely, and fun."

She continued, "Back then, I wished time would pass quickly, but now, with my kids in college, adulthood, and even having served in the military, I cherish those days. Parents will eventually realize that even the toughest days are precious."

For this year, Oh Yeon-soo expressed her wish to "stay healthy in body and mind, prioritize myself over others, and live doing what I want at my own pace and direction."

Previously, Oh Yeon-soo had shared that her trip to the U.S. was also to be with her second son, who had been unwell due to not eating properly.
