The global baseball event, the '2026 World Baseball Classic (WBC)', is just 20 days away. KBS plans to captivate Korean baseball fans with the 'Fantastic Duo' of commentators Park Yong-taek and Lee Dae-hyung, known for their exceptional commentary skills and perfect visuals.
KBS has unveiled a 'Men in Black' concept poster featuring the commentary team of Park Yong-taek, Lee Dae-hyung, and caster Lee Dong-geun for the 2026 WBC broadcasts, which will run from March 5 to 17.
The commentators, along with caster Lee Dong-geun, don black suits reminiscent of the 'Men in Black' movie protagonists, holding the memory-erasing device 'Neuralyzer' with the impactful slogan 'Forget the commentary of the past', adding a touch of humor.
Park Yong-taek, a 'living legend' in the baseball world, is known for his sharp and insightful analysis, adding entertainment value for listeners. He aims to bring the atmosphere of the field directly to viewers' homes during the 'WBC'.
Joining Park Yong-taek is Lee Dae-hyung, who has become a standout figure among baseball fans with his remarkable prediction accuracy based on his playing experience. Fans are eager to see if his 'sharp commentary' predictions will continue to hit the mark during this event.
Caster Lee Dong-geun will provide steady and powerful coverage, seamlessly connecting the analyses of the 'Fantastic Duo' Park Yong-taek and Lee Dae-hyung. Their synergy is expected to vividly convey the excitement of the WBC.

On March 7 and 8, when Korea faces Japan and Taiwan, a 'Preview Show' will be held to heighten the excitement. The preview show will feature 'baseball enthusiast' Kim Gura, 'baseball fairy' Hong Joo-yeon, and former Lotte Giants commentator Cho Sung-hwan, who also hosted the KBS preview show for the 2023 WBC.

Meanwhile, Jeon Hyun-moo recently mentioned the romance rumors with Hong Joo-yeon on 'Problematic Men'. He said, "Park Myung-soo mentioned the wedding date and 'The Return of Superman', which led to a lot of articles. I didn't do anything, but I got criticized. Still, the junior's name got known. When I asked Joo-yeon if she was okay, she said she was fine. I think it's good if she gets known, even through noise marketing."
