Actress Lee Hae-in, known as the 'owner of a $4 million building,' has shared the behind-the-scenes story of her journey as a property owner.
On the 11th, Lee Hae-in took to her social media to post a short video titled 'The Reality of a $4 Million Building.'
In the video, Lee candidly revealed, 'When people hear I bought a $4 million building, they envy me. But the truth is, $3.2 million of it is a loan.'
She continued, 'Honestly, I'm scared. When I first signed the contract, my hands were shaking, and I couldn't sleep. I was worried if I could handle it,' she confessed.
Lee Hae-in expressed her psychological pressure, saying, 'Even now, I stay up every night calculating the interest.'
'Honestly, I wanted to run away,' she admitted, 'but I consider the $3.2 million debt as part of my life. I want to protect it and create a bigger path for myself.'
She added, 'The reality of a $4 million building. My hands shook the day I signed the $3.2 million loan contract. I stay up every night calculating interest, but I will trust my choice. Please support me as a livelihood-driven building owner,' and promised to share her journey.
Previously, in December last year, Lee appeared on a YouTube channel and shared that she achieved her dream of becoming a building owner by November 2025, having invested in real estate since her 20s. She also clarified rumors, stating, 'The claims that I married a $4 million asset owner or became a building owner by playing piano in lingerie are misunderstandings. Real estate saved me.'
Lee Hae-in debuted as a CF model in 2005 and appeared in dramas such as 'Golden Fish,' 'Five Fingers,' and 'Heaven's Will.' She gained attention as the 'Deer Girl' on tvN's variety show 'Rollercoaster' and debuted as a singer with the 7-member girl group Gangkiz in 2012. Later, she changed her stage name to 'Lee Ji' and gained attention for her content featuring piano performances in revealing outfits.
