Actors Shin Hye-sun and Lee Jun-hyuk shared their thoughts on reuniting after nine years.
On the 10th, a press conference for the Netflix series 'Lady Dua' was held at the Ambassador Seoul Pullman Hotel in Jangchung-dong, Seoul. The event was attended by actors Shin Hye-sun, Lee Jun-hyuk, and director Kim Jin-min.
The Netflix series 'Lady Dua' tells the story of 'Sarah Kim', a woman who desires to become a luxury brand even if it's fake, and 'Moo-kyung', a man who tracks her ambitions.
Shin Hye-sun takes on the role of 'Sarah Kim', the enigmatic Asia branch manager of the top 0.1% brand 'Boudoir', known by everyone but truly known by none. Lee Jun-hyuk plays 'Moo-kyung', a detective who, while investigating a case related to her, discovers that everything about her is fake and persistently seeks the truth.
Shin Hye-sun and Lee Jun-hyuk last worked together in the 2017 tvN drama 'Stranger'. When asked about their chemistry after nine years, Shin Hye-sun remarked, "It feels like a distant yet close relationship, like relatives you don't see often. It's both distant and close, both in the work and in real life. It's comfortable being together."
Lee Jun-hyuk added, "It seems like we always meet in challenging projects. We're like rolling stones that don't gather moss. I could see how hard she worked, and since she's my junior, I felt comfortable with her."
The Netflix series 'Lady Dua' will be released on Netflix on the 13th.
