On October 10, Ahn Da-bin posted several photos on his Instagram, expressing, "This became the only exhibition I couldn't share with my dad."
The photos reveal Ahn Da-bin in Los Angeles, marking the final week of his exhibition. He expressed gratitude in English to the team and audience who supported the exhibition, and conveyed to his late father, "I think I've learned a bit about painting with my heart."
He continued, "The words you once told me are finally resonating," adding, "Thank you, Dad. I will continue to work diligently."
Meanwhile, the late Ahn Sung-ki passed away last month at the age of 74. He collapsed at home on December 30 last year while eating, with food obstructing his airway. Despite receiving CPR and being rushed to a nearby hospital's emergency room, he was admitted to the ICU but ultimately passed away.
