Model Song Hae-na recently made headlines by purchasing her first apartment in Seoul with the help of a mortgage loan.
On the October 8th episode of the SBS variety show 'My Little Old Boy,' Song Hae-na appeared as a guest and shared her journey of moving out of a semi-basement apartment after 15 years.
Song Hae-na financed her new home with a 40-year mortgage loan that features an adjustable interest rate every six months. She visited the bank to discuss strategies for managing her loan more efficiently and has already benefited from a 0.4% reduction in her interest rate.
The model gave viewers a tour of her apartment, which is decorated in white and beige tones. The spacious living room, bright kitchen, and modern, simple bedroom were particularly striking. True to her profession, her dressing room was a highlight, though it was humorously cluttered with clothes despite having moved in 10 months ago.
Later, Song Hae-na sat in her living room to assess her current spending habits and brainstorm ways to save money.
