Model and TV personality Song Hae-na, known for hosting 'I Am Solo' on ENA and SBS Plus since 2021, has unveiled her first home purchase.
On the October 8th episode of the SBS variety show 'My Little Old Boy', Song Hae-na made a guest appearance.
During the broadcast, Song shared her recent milestone of purchasing her first apartment. She revealed that she took out a 40-year mortgage loan and visited the bank, leaving the studio in awe.
In a conversation with a bank employee, Song admitted, "This is my first apartment purchase." Shin Dong-yup congratulated her, recalling her long-standing wish to own a home. Song expressed her desire to repay the loan quickly and asked detailed questions about saving and repayment strategies, showcasing her frugal nature.
Song also explained her choice of a variable interest rate, anticipating a drop in rates, and expressed regret over missed financial products, stating, "I'll start a savings plan today," demonstrating her practical financial acumen.
The reveal of Song's Seoul apartment showcased a modern living room in white and beige tones, capturing immediate attention. The studio was impressed by the clean kitchen and simple bedroom. However, her closet, filled with clothes, remained unorganized even 10 months after moving in, prompting a sigh from her mother and laughter from the audience.
Song analyzed her spending, noting that her monthly credit card bill increased from approximately 2 million won to 3 million won after moving. She identified alcohol and taxi expenses as areas to cut back, leading Seo Jang-hoon to humorously remark, "That's one of the hardest things to do."
