He further shared about Ailee's current state, saying, "During the day, she lacks energy and sleeps a lot, but at night, she has trouble falling asleep and often dozes off on the couch."

Despite the challenges, their bond has grown stronger. He added, "Every time I see her coming in with her hair tousled after falling asleep on the couch, I find her so lovable yet feel sorry for her."

Choi Si-hoon is currently administering the ovarian stimulation injections to Ailee himself. He admitted, "I try to hide the big needle since she's half-asleep, but it seems to hurt more than I thought. After a few days, I've gotten used to it, but seeing her in pain makes me feel guilty."

He confessed, "I feel bad for having to wake her up for the injections, and I want to know what the best way to support her as a husband during this time is," seeking advice from other couples preparing for IVF.

In a recently released short video, Choi Si-hoon also shared his struggles as a novice husband and soon-to-be father, saying, "Watching my wife have to take two injections a day and not being able to do it for her makes me feel helpless and frustrated."

Viewers of the video have responded with comments like "You can really feel the love," "Ailee must be having a hard time. Stay strong," and "We support both of you."

Meanwhile, Ailee and Choi Si-hoon, who got married in August 2024, are currently undergoing IVF as they await their first child.
