Original 'Delicious Guys' Returns with PD Lee Young-sik's Comeback


After a three-year hiatus, Kim Jun-hyun returns to 'THE Delicious Guys,' which will revert to its original title 'Delicious Guys' after 1.5 years. This change comes as PD Lee Young-sik, who originally created 'Delicious Guys,' rejoins the program.

On November 3rd, Comedy TV's 'THE Delicious Guys' announced Lee Young-sik's return through a video on their official YouTube channel.

In the video, PD Lee Young-sik surprises the cast by appearing with a slate featuring the old 'Delicious Guys' logo. Kim Jun-hyun and Moon Se-yoon, who have been with the show since season 1, immediately recognized him and expressed their excitement, while Hwang Je-sung and Kim Hae-jun, who joined from season 3, were left puzzled, adding humor to the scene.

The current PD introduced Lee Young-sik as the "Head of Production," confirming his official return. Lee Young-sik hinted at the program's return to its original identity by revealing the old logo, stating, "I found the logo."

According to iHQ and Comedy TV, Lee Young-sik will officially join from episode 551, and the program's name and logo will change from 'THE Delicious Guys' back to the original 'Delicious Guys.' 'THE Delicious Guys' has been used since June 2024.

Lee Young-sik expressed, "It feels like returning home, but there's also a sense of responsibility," and added, "Rather than making grand changes, I aim to be a reliable and enjoyable guide for our viewers, just like in the beginning." He promised, "It's already delicious, but I'll prepare an even more delightful meal."

Since its debut in 2015, 'Delicious Guys' has been beloved for 11 years and is set for another turning point with Lee Young-sik's return. Anticipation builds for how the original team will captivate viewers once again.

Comedy TV's 'Delicious Guys,' featuring Lee Young-sik, will air on November 6th at 8 PM.
