The filming of 'Hangout with Yoo' was canceled for Chef Lim Sung-geun due to his controversial criminal record, and another chef has taken his place.
On the January 31st episode of MBC's variety show 'Hangout with Yoo' (also known as 'Nolmu'), Yoo Jae-suk, Haha, Joo Woo-jae, Heo Kyung-hwan, and Kim Kwang-kyu were seen engaging in a cooking battle with chefs from Netflix's 'Black and White Chef 2'.
During the episode, the members warmed up in a heated ondol room and spent time playing table tennis. However, the game escalated into a brawl, leading to a chaotic scene where they had to flee the house.
Following this, the 'Black and White Chef: Cooking Escape War' began with the members blindfolded. Yoo Jae-suk was seen tasting a dish, asking, "Is the baby beast coming? Isn't Mr. Hudeokjook coming?" as they prepared to face off against the chefs. Joo Woo-jae heightened anticipation by questioning, "How much difference in taste is there, and how far can we chase it?"
Meanwhile, Chef Lim Sung-geun, who appeared on 'Black and White Chef 2', was revealed to have a criminal record including four DUIs, one instance of driving a motorcycle without a license, and one case of mutual assault, totaling six offenses. This revelation led to the cancellation of his appearance on 'Omniscient Interfering View', and 'Hangout with Yoo' also canceled the scheduled recording.
