Four years after his breakup with Lee Hye-sung, Jun Hyun-moo revealed that his last relationship was three years ago.
On the October 29th episode of KBS2's variety show 'Problem Child in House,' last year's KBS Entertainment Awards winner Jun Hyun-moo appeared as a guest.
When asked about his marriage plans, Jun Hyun-moo said, "I'm almost fifty now," adding, "I do think about marriage. If I meet someone and think 'I would marry this person,' then I will. But I don't want to marry just for the sake of it. I'd rather be lonely than miserable."
Regarding his last relationship, he mentioned, "It's been about three years." Jun Hyun-moo publicly dated former announcer Lee Hye-sung and they broke up in early 2022, four years ago. Addressing frequent dating rumors, he responded coolly, "It seems people find it interesting. Among entertainers, I'm one of the few who isn't married, so I guess that's why."
He also addressed rumors about dating Hong Joo-yeon, an announcer 20 years his junior. "Park Myung-soo mentioned a wedding date and even 'The Return of Superman,' which led to many articles. I didn't do anything, but I got criticized. Still, it helped get my junior's name out there. When I asked Joo-yeon if she was okay, she said she was. If she's fine with it, then maybe it's good to get known, even through noise marketing," he said.
When asked if he receives matchmaking offers, he replied, "I do, but I rarely go. They know who I am and are looking to marry, which is a bit overwhelming," expressing his preference for natural encounters.
He expressed interest in joining a dating show, saying, "I met Seo Jang-hoon at a funeral. He's also quite lonely and mostly stays at home. I want to do a genuine dating show with Jang-hoon, Heo Kyung-hwan, and myself, not for laughs but for real."
