Korean trot singer Kim Eui-young has been voted as the number one female trot singer people would like to go glamping with.
From October 22 to 28, TenAsia conducted a poll asking, 'Which female trot singer would you like to go glamping with?' Kim Eui-young emerged as the top choice. She made her official debut as a trot singer after finishing in the top 5 on TV Chosun's 'Miss Trot 2' in 2020. In May of last year, she released her fourth single 'STARTrot PART.1', produced by Kim Hyung-seok. The title track, 'Do Whatever You Want', is a bright and lively dance trot song that showcases Kim Eui-young's refreshing charm.
In second place is singer Kim Da-hyun. She is set to release her third studio album 'Black Swan' on March 16, ahead of her nationwide solo concert tour 'Dream', which will take place in Seoul, Busan, and Daegu. Kim Da-hyun expressed her excitement, saying, "As a teenager, it's overwhelming to release a new album with 'Black Swan', a song I wrote and composed myself, as the title track."
Singer Song Ga-in secured the third spot. She has joined the first lineup for the OST of KBS 2TV's new weekend drama 'Prescribing Love'. This marks her third drama OST participation, following 'Crash Landing on You' and the web drama 'It's Not Just a Sleeping Place'. Additionally, Song Ga-in will hold a concert titled 'Gain-dal: The Rising' at the Pechanga Theater in Los Angeles on February 14 and 15, continuing her meaningful journey.
Currently, the Top Ten TenAsia website is hosting polls on topics such as 'Which male singer would you like to roast sweet potatoes with by the fireplace?', 'Which female singer would you like to roast sweet potatoes with by the fireplace?', 'Which male trot singer would you like to roast sweet potatoes with by the fireplace?', and 'Which female trot singer would you like to roast sweet potatoes with by the fireplace?'
