Divorce Drama Unfolds on JTBC's 'Divorce Settlement Camp': 'Behavior Couple' Chooses Divorce Amidst Alimony Dispute

In a dramatic turn of events, the 'Behavior Couple' has opted for divorce following a heated alimony dispute, as Judge Lee Seong-ho delivers a stern rebuke to the husband for his violent behavior.

On the October 29th episode of JTBC's 'Divorce Settlement Camp,' the final mediation results for the 18th season couples were revealed. Lee Seong-ho, the mediator and husband of Yoon Yoo-sun, caught attention with his sharp reprimand directed at the 'Behavior Couple' husband.

The mediation for the 'Behavior Couple' was intense. Despite being at fault, the husband continuously blamed his wife, adopting a hypocritical stance. Lawyer Yang Na-rae expressed her frustration, stating, "If this goes to court, I'll claim the full 50 million won!" The husband, however, insisted on mutual fault regarding child abuse, demanding 30 million won for his own mental distress. Mediator Lee Seong-ho firmly addressed the situation, stating, "Hitting a child is clearly wrong." After a contentious battle over alimony and debt division, the couple ultimately decided to divorce.

Next, the 'Rewind Couple' faced their final mediation. The husband demanded alimony for two traumatic incidents, despite his wife's repeated apologies. The wife countered with a 40 million won claim, citing the husband's persistent demands and violence. The husband defended himself, but his repetitive arguments frustrated mediator Seo Jang-hoon, leading to a tense exchange. Ultimately, the husband acknowledged his significant faults, and the couple decided to give their marriage another chance.

Lastly, the 'Nagging Couple' underwent their final mediation. As pension operators with substantial assets, their mediation focused on asset division. The wife claimed a greater contribution to the pension's success, advocating for an 80-20 split. The husband, acknowledging his workload, initially agreed to the 80-20 division, revealing his sincerity and moving his wife. She decided against divorce, humorously adding, "Seeing other couples, I should be begging to live with him for more money."
