Kwak Dong-yeon Praises Lee Sang-yi's Customer Service Skills on 'Bogum Magical'
Kwak Dong-yeon has praised Lee Sang-yi for his exceptional customer service skills. Born in 1991, Lee Sang-yi is a graduate of the Korea National University of Arts, where he was classmates with actress Kim Go-eun.

On the 29th, the production presentation for the tvN variety show 'Bogum Magical' was held online. The event was attended by Park Bo-gum, Lee Sang-yi, Kwak Dong-yeon, and PD Son Soo-jung.

'Bogum Magical' is a program centered around Park Bo-gum, who holds a national barber license, and features magical stories set in a rural village. Park Bo-gum takes on the main role of 'Hair', while Lee Sang-yi is responsible for 'Nail Care and Customer Service', and Kwak Dong-yeon handles 'Cooking', providing strong support. The cast participated in everything from location selection to remodeling over the course of a year, showing their deep affection for the program.

Lee Sang-yi stated, "I didn't want to make customers uncomfortable. Although it's a variety show, we actually operated the business, and during that time, I was truly a barber and a chef, not an actor. I tried to quickly understand the needs of the customers." In response, Kwak Dong-yeon complimented, "Sang-yi's strength in customer service is his ability to comfortably interact with customers of all ages, from 5 to 95. He has a method of making people feel at ease."

Lee Sang-yi also shared, "In the past, I stood before the public as a character, but this time, I spent 24 hours as myself. That was interesting. I think the comfort and great emotions I experienced will be well conveyed. I often listen to variety shows like a radio while doing other tasks, and I believe 'Bogum Magical' is a lifestyle-oriented variety show."

Regarding Kwak Dong-yeon, who was in charge of cooking, Lee Sang-yi added, "I enjoy coffee every morning, and Chef Kwak took good care of me. It's a bit embarrassing to call him a spiritual pillar, but everyone did their jobs so well, and the atmosphere was warm and pleasant. Rather than playing a specific role as an older brother, we all got along comfortably."

'Bogum Magical' premieres on the 30th at 8:40 PM.
