Singer Wendy is set to continue the excitement of her first world tour with encore concerts.
Her agency, Ascend, recently announced on Wendy's official social media that the '2025-26 WENDY 1st WORLD TOUR W:EALIVE ENCORE' will take place.
The 'W:EALIVE ENCORE' concerts are scheduled for February 28 at 6 PM and March 1 at 4 PM. Pre-sale tickets will be available on Melon Ticket starting February 6 at 8 PM, with general sales beginning on February 9 at 8 PM. Venue details will be announced later on Wendy's official social media.
The original 'W:EALIVE' tour kicked off in September last year, covering 14 cities including Seoul, Taipei, Hong Kong, Tokyo, San Francisco, and Chicago, with a total of 17 shows. The encore concerts are a gesture of gratitude to fans for their overwhelming support.
Last year, Wendy released her new mini-album 'Cerulean Verge' after a year and a half, engaging in active promotions. 'Cerulean Verge' topped the iTunes Top Albums chart in 16 regions, including Guatemala, Taiwan, Malaysia, Mexico, Vietnam, Brazil, Brunei, Slovenia, Singapore, Italy, Indonesia, Chile, Thailand, Peru, the Philippines, and Hong Kong. It also entered the top 10 on Apple Music's Top Albums chart in nine regions, including Macau, China, and Turkey, showcasing her strong digital presence.
Additionally, Wendy contributed to popular drama OSTs such as 'Kiss is Just a Kiss!' and 'Is This Love Translatable?', enhancing the immersive experience of the shows. She also appeared on SBS Radio's 'Wendy's Young Street' and KBS2's music variety show 'Bangpan Music: Go Anywhere', demonstrating her versatility across music and broadcasting. Fans are eagerly anticipating what performances Wendy will deliver at the 'W:EALIVE ENCORE'.
