His portrayal of the character's journey from the pure excitement of first love to overcoming trials and growing stronger was praised for its depth and sensitivity. He also made a special appearance as Na Dae-ryong, a detailed and realistic psychiatrist, in 'The Story of Manager Kim Who Works at a Major Company in Seoul,' bringing warmth to the audience.
Demonstrating his versatility across genres, Heo Nam-jun is set to return to the small screen with SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama 'Brave New World.' He will take on the role of Cha Se-gye, a charismatic and ruthless chaebol, expected to be at the center of the drama. Additionally, his character's complex romance with Lim Ji-yeon's characters, Kang Dan-shim and Shin Seo-ri, is anticipated to add a unique tension and engagement to the series.
