Before the challenge, Sean admits, "I've been attempting the Sub-3 since two years ago but have continuously failed. This group Sub-3 project requires 10 people who can run 1km in under 4 minutes and 15 seconds, which is realistically challenging." However, he encourages the team by saying, "Looking at what our members have achieved so far, I believe we shouldn't lose hope. Fulfill my dream! Sub-3!"

While everyone is eager, Lee Gi-kwang is secretly worried. He confesses, "I'm currently dealing with adductor and iliopsoas injuries, so I'm not in the best condition. I'm concerned about being a burden to the team." Despite his concerns, he tapes his thighs and calves and joins the race, impressing the crew with his sense of responsibility and perseverance. Captain Sean, surprised by Lee's performance, jokingly warns, "Gi-kwang, don't push yourself too hard!" but adds humorously, "Don't overdo it, but run fast!"

The 8th episode of 'Run for Life Season 2' airs at 9:50 PM.
