Former Lovelyz member Lee Mi-joo has set her sights on the dating show 'Megi Girl'.
On the 9th, Lee Mi-joo's YouTube channel 'Just Lee Mi-joo' released a video titled 'Gyaru Also Falls in Love | [Bad Romance] Megi Girl Audition Video'.
In the video, Lee Mi-joo transformed into a 2004-born gyaru named Yunika, auditioning for 'Bad Romance Season 2' as a Megi Girl. Receiving gyaru makeup from the 'Seongsu-dong Prince', who appeared on 'Just Makeup', Mi-joo humorously requested, "Contour like you put chalk in it. I can't kill them all with this nose."
Feeling a sense of reality, Mi-joo admitted, "I feel crazy," and confessed, "I'm used to gyaru makeup, but when I take out the lenses at home, I can't see my eyeballs. That's when reality hits." She also expressed her recent interest in makeup with distinct Chinese features.
Reacting to the gyaru outfit prepared by the staff, Mi-joo exclaimed, "This is R-rated," as she donned a leopard print form-fitting outfit, showcasing her flawless figure.
As Yunika, Mi-joo humorously stated, "I get hit on every second. I'm the same age as Jang Won-young, born in 2004," staying true to her character. She confidently added, "I'm confident in my looks. Put me in 'Bad Romance' as a Megi to stir things up. My specialty is my face."
When asked about her ideal type, Mi-joo described, "A guy who seems like a bad boy but isn't, someone who is devoted to me." She added, "If he calls me by another girl's name, that's a no-go. I prefer someone who has moved on from their past."
Mi-joo humorously set up a scenario saying, "My ex-boyfriend is in prison," and shared, "I had an unwanted breakup, so I don't want to break up again." She emphasized, "My dating style is to give everything."
Meanwhile, former Lovelyz member Lee Mi-joo confirmed her relationship with soccer player Song Bum-keun, who is three years younger, in April 2024, but announced their breakup about nine months later in early 2025. Recently, she made a fresh start by moving from Antenna to AOMG.
