Actor Kim Min-jong recently shared a humorous anecdote about the unexpected reactions he received due to his long hair and beard.
On the October 3rd episode of MBN's 'Kim Joo-ha's Day and Night,' Kim Min-jong appeared alongside co-star Ye Ji-won to promote their film 'Florence.'
Kim Min-jong's transformation with long hair has garnered significant attention, with a short clip from 'Florence' topping social media views.
Reflecting on his past role in 'A Gentleman's Dignity,' Kim Min-jong humbly remarked, "About ten years ago, I played the clean-cut and dandy character Choi Yoon. People might have been curious if it was the same person, which could explain the increase in views."
Kim Min-jong revealed that this was his first time growing his hair long, saying, "I've been growing my hair for nearly two years. I've heard all sorts of comments, like 'Your hair looks messy.' I also tried growing a beard, but people around me really disliked it."
He recounted a funny incident at a restaurant where the owner refused to accept payment, asking, 'Why are you living like this?' Despite explaining it was for a role, the owner insisted, 'Don't live like that,' ignoring his explanation, which brought laughter to the audience.
