Actress Nam Bo-ra, the eldest of 13 siblings, recently shared the advantages of being part of a large family.
On October 2, the 'We Miracle' channel released a video titled "The Reason Our Family Stays Harmonious Despite Financial Struggles."
In the video, when Park Wi asked, "What are the advantages of having many siblings?" Nam Bo-ra replied, "First of all, you don't need friends."
She then mentioned an unexpected benefit that caught attention. "When you need help, you can call down the line. Out of 13, there's always one who picks up," she explained, highlighting the abundance of support.
Nam Bo-ra also shared a story about her youngest sister being bullied at school. "She came home crying, and her older sisters didn't just sit by. We put on makeup and confronted the bullies, asking, 'Was it you? Why did you bully her?' We've done that many times," she recounted, illustrating the strong sibling bond.
Nam Bo-ra mentioned that they celebrate all 13 birthdays together, saying, "We all gather at our mom's house on birthdays. As the head of the family, it was sometimes overwhelming to take care of everyone, but enduring it has allowed me to see our harmonious family, which makes me happy," expressing her deep affection for her family.
Meanwhile, Nam Bo-ra recently made headlines by sharing updates about her 13 siblings on KBS2's 'New Release, Pyeonstorang.' Her eldest brother is pursuing a Ph.D. in Philosophy at Korea University, and one of her siblings, who works at a bank, was recognized for catching a voice phishing scammer.
