On the 25th, Soyou's YouTube channel 'Soyougi' featured a video documenting her month-long stay in Bali.
In the video, Soyou expressed her astonishment after checking her weight, stating, "This is the lowest weight I've been since coming to Bali." The scale showed her weight at 49.1 kg. She candidly shared, "I'm not trying to lose weight on purpose, so I'm not sure why it's dropping."
Soyou caught attention with her flawless figure, even in tight workout clothes. She added, "I ate a lot, including tacos yesterday," and clarified, "I'm not dieting. In fact, I'm trying to gain weight."
Despite this, Soyou maintained a routine of yoga and fitness exercises in Bali. She humorously remarked, "Did I come to Bali just to work out? It's an endless loop of exercise," showcasing her day filled with physical activities.
Her meals consisted mainly of protein-rich foods like Americano, fried rice, and stir-fried vegetables, and she used yoga to reduce bloating. After another workout session, Soyou admitted, "I exercised after dinner. I think I'm addicted to working out, which might be why I'm losing weight."
Meanwhile, Soyou continues to engage with her fans through her YouTube channel, sharing daily life, travel vlogs, and diet videos.
