B1A4 Parts Ways with WM Entertainment After 14 Years

B1A4, the popular K-pop group, is parting ways with WM Entertainment after 14 years.

On the 23rd, WM Entertainment released an official statement announcing, "After in-depth discussions, we have agreed to terminate our exclusive contract with B1A4."

The statement continued, "We sincerely thank the members of B1A4 for the trust and partnership we have built over the past 14 years. Although our exclusive contract has ended, we will wholeheartedly support B1A4 in their new endeavors, ensuring they can make a greater leap forward in their new home."

WM Entertainment also mentioned, "We will continue to collaborate with B1A4 to create synergy and maintain a cooperative relationship with RBW Japan to bolster their overseas activities."

The company concluded, "Beyond the simple relationship of artist and agency, B1A4 has been a representative artist and a great companion for WM over the past 14 years. We will support and bless the members as they fully express their talents and take on new challenges. We ask for warm interest and love for B1A4's future activities."

B1A4 debuted in 2011 with the mini-album 'Let's Fly.' They gained popularity with hits like 'What's Happening,' 'Baby Good Night,' and 'Solo Day.' After Jinyoung and Baro left the group in 2018, B1A4 continued as a trio with members CNU, Sandeul, and Gongchan.
