Their agencies announced on the 20th that the couple donated a total of 300 million won to several organizations, including the Hallym Burn Foundation, Asan Medical Center, and GoodFriends.
Shin Min-a has been committed to helping those in need since 2009, consistently supporting individuals from children to the elderly. She has quietly contributed to creating a healthier environment for those in difficult circumstances, hoping they can dream of a brighter future. Particularly moved by the stories of burn patients who struggle with high medical costs and lack of social attention, she has been actively supporting them since 2015.
Kim Woo-bin began anonymously donating in 2014 to assist underprivileged youth and has continued his charitable efforts for 11 years through Asan Medical Center, supporting pediatric cancer patients and marginalized communities. He has also contributed during social disasters such as COVID-19, wildfires, and flood damage.
Today, the couple is tying the knot at the Shilla Hotel in Jangchung-dong, Seoul. They have been together since 2015, with Shin Min-a standing by Kim Woo-bin during his battle with nasopharyngeal cancer in 2017, showing unwavering support.
Their agency stated, "Based on the deep trust built over their long relationship, they have promised to be each other's partners. We ask for your warm support and blessings for their precious decision."
The wedding will be officiated by their close friend, actor Lee Kwang-soo. Although D.O. was expected to sing the congratulatory song, it was canceled due to EXO's schedule.
