'Sugar' is a heartwarming human drama based on a true story. It follows the journey of a mother named 'Mira' who, in a bid to help her young son diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, overcomes legal and regulatory hurdles to create a medical device herself.
The film stars Choi Ji-woo, Min Jin-woong, and Ko Dong-ha and is set to premiere in January 2026.
