Actress Kim Jung-nan recently shared her emotional experience following a health scare.
On the 3rd, a video titled "A Close Call with Death: Kim Jung-nan's Story of Overcoming a Life-Threatening Moment" was uploaded to Kim's channel.
In the video, the production team mentioned, "There have been many articles about your vasovagal syncope," to which Kim responded, "I was shocked. The headlines made it seem like I was at death's door, which was quite sensationalized."
Kim revealed that even her neighbors reached out after reading the articles. She confessed, "This experience taught me a lot. My first thought was, 'What about my cats?' It was terrifying. I realized I need to take care of myself to protect them."
She mentioned an upcoming photo shoot, saying, "I can't let this happen again. Even if my belly shows a bit, it's okay. The photo editing technology is great, right? I'll cover it with my acting skills," she joked, bringing a smile. She emphasized her commitment to health, adding, "I'll eat well, walk 10,000 steps, and hike for my health. I'll make an effort for my body."
Previously, on the 12th, Kim shared on her channel, "I fainted a week ago and almost crossed the line to the afterlife. It turned out to be vasovagal syncope. I collapsed next to my bed and hit my chin hard on the nightstand," recounting the incident.
