K-Pop Group &TEAM Tops Oricon Chart with Japanese Version of 'Back to Life'
K-Pop sensation &TEAM has claimed the top spot on the Oricon chart with the Japanese version of their hit song 'Back to Life'.

According to the 'Daily Digital Single Ranking' released by Oricon on November 29, the Japanese version of 'Back to Life', the title track from &TEAM's Korean mini-album, soared to number one immediately upon its release. Previously, the Korean mini-album also reached the top of Oricon's 'Daily Album Ranking' on October 28.

The group's fan showcase, held on November 30 at Tokyo's Roppongi Hills Arena, was a resounding success. Celebrating their million-seller achievement in both Korea and Japan, the event was attended by approximately 2,000 fans selected through a pre-event lottery. Fans from 147 countries worldwide tuned in via Weverse, YouTube, and TikTok live streams, with a peak concurrent viewership of around 116,000.

During the showcase, &TEAM performed the Japanese version of 'Back to Life' along with other tracks from their mini-album, including 'Lunatic', 'MISMATCH', and 'Who Am I'. The group has also achieved significant international success, topping the U.S. Billboard 'Emerging Artists' chart on November 29, garnering enthusiastic support from fans worldwide.

The members expressed their gratitude, stating, "It's all thanks to our fandom LUNÉ. Despite facing challenging moments over the past three years, we felt our performances resonated globally due to their support." They added, "Next year, we hope to perform in regions like Europe and the U.S., where we haven't had the chance to take the stage yet," expressing their aspirations for further growth.

Meanwhile, &TEAM is set to wrap up the year with performances at various year-end events, including the 'Music Bank Global Festival in Japan', '2025 SBS Gayo Daejeon with Bithumb', and NHK's 'Kohaku Uta Gassen'.
