WOODZ Marks New Musical Chapter with Sold-Out Solo Concert Post-Military Service
WOODZ, also known as Cho Seung-youn, successfully concluded his first solo concert since completing his military service, signaling the start of a new musical chapter.

On November 29-30, WOODZ reunited with fans after nearly 22 months at the '2025 WOODZ PREVIEW CONCERT: index_00' held at Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Songpa-gu, Seoul. Following last year's success, this year's concert featured a 360-degree stage and sold out all shows, proving his unwavering ticket power.

The concert opened with a unique performance featuring dancers, as the central lights illuminated WOODZ's silhouette, eliciting enthusiastic cheers from the audience. This opening reflected his philosophy that "concerts are made together," setting the stage for an electrifying atmosphere. WOODZ then performed hits like 'Who Knows,' 'HIJACK,' and 'Trigger,' showcasing his adept stage presence and engaging commentary.

The concert also debuted several unreleased and unpublished self-composed tracks. New songs like 'Hwa Geun,'(화근) 'CINEMA,' 'Samo,'(사모) and dynamic performances of 'Dance With Me' and '00:30' spanned various genres, drawing excitement from fans and heightening anticipation for his upcoming first full-length album.

Existing tracks such as 'Waikiki' and 'FEEL LIKE' were reimagined with new arrangements exclusive to the concert, adding a fresh appeal. WOODZ demonstrated his versatility as an all-rounder artist, excelling in dance, vocals, rap, and guitar. A segment where fans could choose songs on the spot received a warm response. The performance was further enhanced by mega crew dancers, a VCR hinting at next year's activities, LED displays, and the 360-degree stage that allowed for active interaction with the audience.

The highlight of the concert was the performance of 'Drowning,' a song that gained popularity during his military service. WOODZ's powerful vocals on a lift, combined with the audience's sing-along, created a memorable moment. For the encore, he performed 'Journey,' sharing, "The last song I sang before enlisting was 'Journey,' and I wanted to return to the same place with the same song after my discharge," expressing his emotions about reuniting with fans.

Towards the end of the concert, WOODZ emphasized the significance of this event, stating, "This setlist is one of a kind. It's a concert positioned between an end and a beginning, and it might never be seen again," highlighting the symbolic nature of the performance. He concluded with an unreleased self-composed song, 'To My January,' conveying a heartfelt message: "Just as we make wishes when the new year comes, I hope your desired moments and feelings naturally come true."
