The 24-member group TripleS has split into four units, each showcasing their unique charms.
On the afternoon of the 24th, TripleS's sub-unit msnz held a press conference for their new album 'Beyond Beauty' at Blue Square in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
During the event, some members of TripleS caught attention with their unit 'Sun', expressing a soft and warm sentiment, a stark contrast to their previous intense image. Jung Hye-rin, a member of the Sun unit, shared, "This is the first time we've embraced such a cute concept during TripleS activities. I discovered and expressed my own cuteness."
When asked to highlight their unit's charm, Kaede eagerly raised her hand and exclaimed, "Our unit Moon is the only 'dreamy' unit. Please enjoy our mysterious stage." In response, Kim Chae-yeon from Sun unit humorously added, "Among the four msnz units, we have dreamy, refreshing, and cool elements, but in the end, cuteness prevails."
When questioned about team competition, Lin stated, "Not necessarily," adding, "It's exciting to show new combinations. We laughed so much during preparations that we cried. Our teamwork is built on laughter." Park So-hyun added, "I believe there can't be zero competition between units. However, it positively influences us. Watching other units motivates us to work harder, fostering growth." Seoyeon, the overall team leader, noted, "It's not just about team competition. With so many members, differences in individual recognition are inevitable."
Seoyeon expressed, "Our goal is to chart our music. It's not an easy task, but we aim high. It's a dream-like goal, and it would be amazing to achieve it."
TripleS msnz is the collective name for the four units: 'Moon' consisting of Seol-lin, Ji-yeon, So-hyun, Kaede, Si-on, and Lin; 'Sun' with Shin-wi, Yoo-yeon, Mayu, Chae-won, Chae-yeon, and Hye-rin; 'Neptune' also featuring Shin-wi, Yoo-yeon, Mayu, Chae-won, Chae-yeon, and Hye-rin; and 'Zenith' comprising Ha-yeon, Yeon-ji, Ji-woo, Yoo-bin, Joo-bin, and Soo-min. Their new mini-album 'Beyond Beauty' includes four title tracks.
TripleS's 'Beyond Beauty' was released on various music platforms at 6 PM on the 24th.
