Recently, the Seoul Central District Court's 20th Civil Division, led by Judge Lee Se-ra, ruled against Jin Hae-sung and his agency, KDH Entertainment, in a 10 million won damages lawsuit against the whistleblower, identified as A. In the criminal case, Jin Hae-sung's defamation charges against A were dismissed.

Jin Hae-sung's agency had previously denied the school violence allegations. However, the court sided with the whistleblower, stating that the claims of Jin Hae-sung's involvement in school violence were not false. The court cited detailed testimonies about the nature and circumstances of the alleged incidents.

Jin Hae-sung has not appealed the decision, making the ruling final. While he respects the court's decision, he expressed disappointment with the outcome.
