According to a media report on the 14th, Seo Kang-jun sold the 140.3 square meter unit in June for 5.8 billion KRW (approximately $4 million). Seo originally purchased the property in December 2019 for 3.39 billion KRW, realizing a profit of 2.41 billion KRW in just under five years.
When Seo first acquired the apartment, a mortgage with a maximum bond amount of 1.1 billion KRW was registered under his name with a commercial bank. This mortgage has since been cleared. The selling price of the 140 square meter unit was significantly higher than its original sale price of 2.433 billion KRW, with the market value increasing by over 3 billion KRW.
'Seoul Forest Trimage' is a residential-commercial complex that opened in July 2015, consisting of 688 units. It is part of the high-end residential area in Seongsu-dong, alongside Acro Seoul Forest and Galleria Forêt. The complex is known for its unique configuration, which includes a large number of smaller units. Although it initially faced unsold units, Trimage has become a prime example of a premium residential complex, with property values soaring over the past decade.
