Kim Da-ye Reveals Her Secret to Losing 33kg: A Journey to Health and Wellness

Kim Da-ye, the wife of broadcaster Park Soo-hong, has shared her impressive weight loss journey, revealing how she shed 33kg.

On the 7th, the couple's YouTube channel 'Park Soo-hong Happy Dahong' featured Kim Da-ye discussing her transformation and dietary habits, capturing the attention of many.

In the video, Kim Da-ye stated, "I lost 33kg, going from 90kg to 57kg, which helped me regain my health and improve my appearance. I prepared this video to share some diet tips with our subscribers."

She emphasized that her weight loss was driven by health rather than aesthetics. The key to her success was 'probiotic fasting.' Kim Da-ye explained, "The biggest help in losing 33kg was taking probiotics on an empty stomach. I never skipped a day, and if I didn't take my probiotics, I wouldn't eat. I always consumed probiotics first before any meal."

Additionally, she shared, "Once I started regaining my health and losing some weight, I took a spoonful of olive oil on an empty stomach daily. Drinking lemon or detox juices also helps."

Kim Da-ye chose consistency over extreme dieting. She said, "I ate what I wanted but reduced the portions. A diet of only tomatoes wasn't enjoyable. I didn't want to starve while trying to be healthy. If I craved ramen or black bean noodles, I ate them but in smaller amounts. I also ate vegetables with meat."

After childbirth, she couldn't exercise much but regained her strength through rehabilitation therapy and swimming. She shared, "My body was weak, so exercising was tough, but I consistently attended rehabilitation therapy. Now, I swim about once a week."

She candidly addressed potential skin issues from rapid weight loss, saying, "Losing over 30kg can cause skin to sag, so I received skin elasticity treatments about once a month."

Finally, Kim Da-ye stressed, "Diet supplements are just that—supplements. It's crucial to find products that suit you and never consume unverified products. The key is to consistently find what works for you."
