Jo Hyun Ah of the group Urban Zakapa shared her thoughts on releasing her first album since becoming the co-CEO of her agency.
Urban Zakapa, consisting of Jo Hyun Ah, Kwon Soon Il, and Park Yong In, held a media showcase for their new EP 'STAY' on the 3rd at Ilji Art Hall in Gangnam, Seoul.
Jo Hyun Ah, now a co-CEO of Andrew Company, revealed, "As the core producer preparing the album, I often thought, 'I must not lose my focus.' Holding back so much led to some health issues."
She continued, "It was a tough time, but seeing everyone, including artists and staff, working towards the same goal healed me completely. The experience was more moving than difficult. We prepared this album with the determination that it must succeed because they believed in me and stood by me."
The title track 'STAY' is an R&B song with a deep rhythm and a sophisticated sound. It features a medium tempo with a flowing melody line that captures delicate emotions. The new release includes a total of seven tracks, such as 'Our Winter,' 'THE ONE,' 'Weak,' 'Ten Fingers,' 'Goodbye,' and 'Moment,' blending various genres to create a narrative flow.
