The episode achieved a peak viewership rating of 8.4% and 6.9% in the metropolitan area, securing the top spot in its time slot and among Friday-Saturday dramas. The 2049 demographic rating also peaked at 2.37%, proving its popularity. Notably, it recorded the highest household rating among all programs aired that day, excluding the SBS Sports KBO League (LG vs. Hanwha).
Mary was surprised by Woo-ju's confession, questioning his love with, "Why?"
