Bae Yoon-jung is still remembered for her sharp critique during her time as a judge on an Mnet survival program, where she famously asked a struggling trainee, "Do you really want to be a singer?"
In 2014, Bae Yoon-jung married Jerome, a former member of the group XLARGE, after a long relationship, but they divorced two years later. She remarried in 2019 to someone 11 years her junior and welcomed her son, Jae-yul, in 2021.
